Well, I won $3 . . .
Adrienne and I couldn’t think of anythig to do the other night. We didn’t want to go bowling, and there weren’t any movies we wanted to see. So we decided to spend 5 $1 bills getting the $1 lottery tickets at random gas stations. Any money we won, we used to go to the next random gas station. When we won $2 we split the winnings for the next random gas station. It was fun 🙂

I saw a commercial that Cinderella was going back into the Disney Vault! So when I had to exchange something at Target yesterday I got my Special Edition.

I have heard it was around 10 years movies would stay in the vault, but I have heard something about releases after 5 years

Every year people make resolutions, and usually something they will forget or not accomplish because it’s such a big ‘promise’. I’m usually not big on making the yearly resolutions, but I am going to try and blog more! So I guess that will be my resolution . . . more often, more info, more photos!

Google Sync is Awesome!

I downloaded Google Sync today on my Blackberry.  If you use the Google Calendar, Google Sync will update your online Google calendar with your blackberry calendar. You can find it at http://mobile.google.com from your phone

You may have to download a patch for your software which you can download from your blackberry at http://www.blackberry.com/calendarpatch it may take a couple of tries and a minute or two to get to the download page.

When I was notified to update my patch, I was directed to http://www.blackberry.com/calendarpatch2007 which has all the info.

Gary and I went to a friends house for their New Years Party – lots of fun! Around 10:00 we played ‘Yankee Swap’ which is like “dirty santa” or “white elephant” so you bring a gift that you got for christmas that you don’t want or any other kind of gift that would be funny. Anything from socks to a crab shaped dish, and a dancing frog that was singing britney spears. Hilarious! and don’t worry, there wasn’t a whole lot of “stealing” haha.

This might be me in 2008 on road trips 😛

So Far, here are the plans for 2008, but some of them have not been finalized:

January – Gary’s Cousin will be in town!
February – Road Trip To Chicago
– Trip to Sedona Arizona
August – Possibly another trip to Chicago?
October – One of our good friends wedding!
– Cruise to the Caribbean
November – Wedding  in Canada
December – Maybe a trip up North?

Yes! Gary gave me a jar of dirt for Christmas which was SUPER thoughtful (I thought he gave it to me because I love Pirates of the Caribbean movies)! I almost liked it more than the gift he was leading up to! So I was told i already got my gift which was a birthday/Christmas gift () so . . .

I got “Instead”an Elmo Submarine which just made me laugh since I just thought it was a joke and that Gary didn’t know what to get me, A Captain Jack Sparrow Action Figurine, a Jar of Dirt which i LOVE and almost feel like Jack here: , and a model of the Queen Mary (no photo) which I thought was a little odd since I didn’t remember expressing a particular interest in putting models together. . .

All of these were either boat related or Caribbean related (Pirates of the Caribbean) and I didn’t put anything together since I wasn’t expecting much . . .

the last box held two brochures for cruises to the Caribbean! We just booked our trip today for 2008 and I am Super Excited!

We will be taking a 7 day Cruise later in 2008 and I can’t wait! These are the destinations we will be going to!

Christmas 2007!

When Gary and I got back from the beach we spent Christmas with my parents and opened gifts which was fun. We were going to see a movie on the 26th, but Gary and I were under the weather, so after lunch we went home and I’ve been in bed mostly.

So a diet of chicken noodle soup, Dayquil, Nyquil and Zinc . . . better in no time for 2008!
