I was going through an old camera and found some photos of when we were remodeling our home when we first moved in . . . kinda fun to see

I took a half day at work on Friday and left around lunch time to get ready for my friends’ Beth and Corey’s wedding rehearsal. Afterwards we went to the Rehearsal dinner at the Irregardless where there were some really great jazz players (guitarist Lou and saxophonist Bobby). Then Gary and I saw Shrek 3 which was really cute and got home around midnight.

The next morning with my alarm set for 6:30am I got up for a fashion shoot in Chapel Hill.

Sunday (today) was Beth and Corey’s wedding which was at the Raleigh Little Theatre‘s Rose Garden. It is so beautiful right now with everything in bloom.

So with my feet sore now (though the wedding and everything was a blast!)  I still have more products to shoot (this evening?)  and a looot of photos to look at, so check back soon!

It seems like they just went up . . . I hate it when you mail something and then you find out you don’t have enough postage and then you have to go get 1 cent stamps . . . arg 😡

Saturday shoot canceled – rain in the evening around 5pm.

I steam cleaned the rugs with my new Bissell rug steam cleaner I got Saturday morning, which took a while to do, but it was fun – though I’m sure the novelty will wear off eventually, but it does an awesome job and it looks like we have a new rug!

Happy Mother’s day to all you mothers out there! We had breakfast with my parents and lunch with Gary’s parents today which was nice . . .

This evening I have been working on the photos from the Leaders Building Leaders Event . . . here are a few I really liked:

Back in February I went shooting in downtown Raleigh with Tom and we also shot at NC State . . . I looked at some of the pictures at the time, but then didn’t touch them until today . . .

My baby’s back! I felt lost without my laptop!

Adrienne, Jason and I went to this abandoned warehouse a couple of days ago which was pretty cool . . . abandoned evidently since 1992 . . .

So no photos to post for a couple of days . . .  my Laptop was getting to the point where it would pretty much freeze and take 10 minutes to log in, even after deleting a bunch of stuff off of it.  So Gary purchased more memory and a bigger hard drive and is re installing everything which takes a while, especially after updates, etc.  Don’t worry, everything had been backed up!

Hopefully I will be up and running by tomorrow or saturday which is good since I have a LOT of stuff to work on and a lot of pix waiting to be looked at sitting on my CF card!

Thursday night a couple of friends and I went to a fashion show/wine tasting at ess lounge, and the money that was rasied benefited the Children’s House of Raleigh . . .

and there were break dancers in between runs which was pretty cool
