Yep, cleaning out my camera phone, check out this picture . . . Zack and I were out shopping (may 5th) and coming back we happened on a ham and yam festival where there was a car that someone turned into a hog which is interesting to say the least -hahah and they even had a spring for a curly tail! 😛
Last week(june 22nd), I had a long day at work, so Gary surprised me with flowers at dinner! which was sooo sweet 🙂 Here is the pic I took with my camera phone:
What a neat name . . . anyway, I had a shoot with Safira on Monday, and it was super hot and humid out, but we had a great shoot, she is so sweet and super fun to work with.
Gary and I have had something going on every night this week, so I haven’t had much time to go through all the photos, and I won’t be working on any until maybe the weekend, so I thought I would post the few that were my faves so far:
Just got back from my parents house. . . we celebrated Gary’s birthday at their house. Dinner and ice-cream cake, gary opened his birthday gifts, and followed by put-put and arcade games (shooting, driving, etc). No pictures, but we had a great time!
I can’t wait for my birthday 🙂
haha, well just kidding. It looks like my car needs a new alternator and new tires. We checked two different locations and the alternators are anywhere between $148 and $208, and tires are about $400-ish? *sigh* as soon as you get one thing something else breaks and of course it had to (almost) go right after the warranty expired on my car. o well 🙂
ANYWAY, I haven’t been doing a lot of fashion shoots since it’s soooo hot out, but I am still doing them here and there. I had a shoot today (and of course it was really hot/humid out today) , but check back later for photos from the shoot!
We were shooting near a lake, and there were three ducks on the back of three paddle boats all in a row which was so just so cute!
Happy Father’s day to all you dads out there! Gary and I celebrated at his parents house with burgers on the grill and hanging out at their house for a bit.
Saturday I saw The Last Mimsy with my mom at Raleighwood cinema which was fun, and the movie was cute. I might be seeing Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer with a friend of mine this week and we have friends coming over for dinners, the usual stuff that goes on during the week and all. But keep checking back for more updates and photos! I might be attending a fashion show later this week.
So Gary and I took my dad to see a Carolina Mudcats Game last night to celebrate father’s day since we figured it would be crowded this weekend. A really great game with two extra innings, and the Mudcats won 4-3 against the Chattanooga Lookouts.

I tried for the first and last time Tropical Skittles and I don’t like them. Not only are they overly sweet, but they taste funny too. I like regular Skittles, but not these. And I don’t usually like anything sour, so I highly doubt I will try the Sour Skittles or any other version they come out with or have come out with.
Can I get my 40 cents back now?
Okay, so that’s all my ranting for now.

This weekend I had a shoot for a new magazine editor’s profile picture . . . some of you may know who she is already 🙂 my mom!
Last night was the usual date night for Gary and I, and we went to see Pirates of the Caribbean at Worlds End (the 3rd one) and I don’t care what critics say. I liked it . . . all three hours of it, and I’m gonna get the trilogy on DVD when it comes out.
