Kimchee from Scratch

So yesterday, Gary and I went to a friends’ house for a cooking/eating party.  She made bulkogi, ribs, a cabbage and dwenjang jiggae type soup, and a spicy pasta dish, and she showed me how she makes her version of kimchee.  It’s a fairly long process but home made is definitely better, and you can definitely taste a difference.
