There was a virus that went around the office today:

If you get an IM from someone on your contact list that says: Check this out to find out if someone deleted you from their MSN: http://www.contact-messenger.com

Don’t click on it. If you do, it sends the same message to everyone on your contact list and logs you off and on over and over.

If you fill in the information at that site, change your Messenger account password.
