December is so great!  My birthday is coming up soon, so friends are starting to ask what I want and some are taking me out to dinner.  My family is also planning dinner and cake, Gary’s parents are taking us out to dinner, and we have a few Christmas parties to go to!

Pirates of the Caribbean (3) At Worlds End came out yesterday and Gary surprised me with it!  I got home later from a meeting last night so I didn’t get to watch it but I’m watching it tonight!

The first person to reach the pre-picked number wins, and that number was 16!!

I spent the night at a friends house last night since I was driving her to the airport early this morning, so I woke up around 6:30am. After dropping her off, went home showered, got dressed to go to The State Club for brunch with Gary’s parents which was nice and they had a large spread of food. Then we went to my parents house and saw the movie Enchanted, which if you are girly like me and love fairytales, it’s cute, and a good family movie. Got back and had a big Thanksgiving spread. I was so tired, fell asleep on the ride home and went straight to bed!

My almost 3 year old laptop was on its last (leg)? I’m on my computer daily for hours on end working on personal projects and photos, and after 2-3 years it’s time for a new one anyway. We had the opportunity, the timing was right, and before my old computer dies! In record time, exactly one week from ordering from Dell, my new computer arrived! And the best part – it’s PINK!

It usually takes me a while to get my hair trimmed, and when I do, I like the slight change.  Yesterday I went to someone that was referred to me and i LOVE my new hair style!

The wake county public libaries are making room for new books!

Which means they are selling books for $4/hard back, $1/paper back or the provided bags/boxes at $2/bag and $5/ box. I’ve been told you can get almost new books there. Any remaining books will be shreded and recycled.
