Today was Veterans Day, so I called my husbands grandad to say Happy Veterans Day. Thank you to all who served.
Today was also Pepero Day, which falls on every November 11th. Today was even DOUBLE Pepero Day, being 11/11/11 ^^
Pepero are slender stick cookies dipped in chocolate. Some are dipped in chocolate and almonds, and there are other variations. Today my friend gave me a special Hello Kitty version of Pepero – in Japan, they are called Pocky sticks.
