Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham

Jeff Dunham and Walter

Last night I went with my friend Patricia to Charlie Goodnights to see a ventriloquist Jeff Dunham, he was pretty funny and seems like a really niceguy. I hadn’t really heard of him before last night, but have seen Walter on tv Comedy Central or something, somewhere, sometime 🙂

Anyway, he’s been doing this a long time. I was checking out his website and found some videos on YouTube. This one really shows off his talent and is really cute.

yay, much better!

yay, we’re feeling better now!

Last night, I went downtown and got some pictures near the capitol building, I’ll post pictures in the next ouple of days, so check back later 🙂

Still Sick

Gary and I are still sick . . . stayed in bed most of the weekend. Watched tv, on the computers, playing video games, and trying to get better.

I have a hard time sleeping because I cough mostly once I’m in bed for the night, and not so much during the day 😦

I hate being sick . . .

Sore Thorat

So I woke up this morning with a sore throat. I don’t think I have a cold, but I’m not sure yet. I DO Know that I didn’t want to get out of bed.

Anyway during my lunch break, I went to the local Harris Teeter and got some Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea, a pack of Maximum Strength Sucrets Sore Throat in Black Cherry, Lysol sanitizing wipes, and a few other assorted things. The black cherry Sucrets don’t have the best taste, but it does seem to have numbed my tongue and made anything I eat afterwards taste nasty.

I guess we’ll see how well everything worked based on how I feel tomorrow morning . . .
